What this site is

OposICS is an exam-preparation platform for the healthcare civil-service exams of the Institut Català de la Salut. It offers a syllabus, multiple-choice questions with instant marking and explanations, timed exams, custom exams, mistake review, and past official papers.

Topic 1 is free: no payment and no card details are needed to read it. The rest of the syllabus is unlocked with a single payment per exam session.

Independence

OposICS is not affiliated with the Institut Català de la Salut (ICS) or the Generalitat de Catalunya. It is not an official service, it is not sponsored by any public body, and it does not represent any examination board.

References to regulations, exam calls and official papers are citations of public documents, made for information and study purposes.

Content and intellectual property

The syllabus, questions, explanations, design and the OposICS brand are original works protected by copyright. They are written from public official regulations, which we cite on each question where relevant.

Past official papers are reproduced without altering their text, citing the source and the reuse conditions set by the body that published them. The original PDFs live on the official websites and are not hosted here.

You may use the content to study. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish or create derivative works from it without written permission.

Acceptable use

Your account is personal. Sharing it, reselling access, or scraping the content are grounds for suspension.

The site may not be used for anything unlawful, nor to try to reach other users' data or disrupt the service.

Liability

We prepare and review the content carefully, but studying with OposICS guarantees no result in any selection process. Regulations change, and the rules of each exam call always prevail over anything you read here: when in doubt, the official text published in the DOGC or the BOE is what counts.

If you find a mistake in a question, use the report button on that question. It genuinely helps, and we fix it.

We do our best to keep the service available, but we cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

When we link a legal text, an official PDF or a guideline, the link points at the website of the body that publishes it. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own domicile.
